Kaizen Fundamentals
16 weeks for lasting tissue adaptation that restores your airway, strengthens your body, and teaches the fundamentals of having a body - keeping you at your best for life.
If you’ve been dealing with chronic pain, fatigue, restricted breathing, jaw tension, vocal strain, or mobility that just won’t improve no matter what you try, you’re not alone.
Maybe you resonate with losing years of joy and possibility to an constant stream of discomfort. Sleeping poorly, waking up exhausted, and managing whole-body inflammation and pain. Collecting diagnoses over years of waiting between healthcare appointments, without any real solutions, just prescriptions.
What if the solutions are within our bodies already?
Many of these struggles trace back to hidden in plain sight issues — like tongue-tie, airway dysfunction, or hypermobility — that most health and fitness approaches never address.
The result? Despite treatment a body that still feels unpredictable, stuck in a cycle of injury and recovery, and relying on patchwork fixes to keep going.
Kaizen Fundamentals was created from the most impactful, natural, and holistic practices I've applied to my own healing journey and with clients.
Our work together will blend:
-
Airway and tongue restoration to unlock efficient breathing and energy
-
Joint stability and mobility training for strength that lasts effortlessly in minutes a week
-
Ancient mind-body awareness practices to get the most of each moment of practice
-
Cutting-edge biomechanics interventions for immediate results
You’ll learn how to:
-
Assess your own compensations and whether an exercise is actually helping
-
Breathe optimally — no matter the activity even while sleeping
-
Strengthen and stabilize your joints even with hypermobility
-
Sustain lasting change without injury through minimal effective doses and consistent improvement
Imagine waking up without that familiar pain, breathing deeply without effort, and trusting your body to keep up with you—whether you’re performing on stage, in the studio, or simply enjoying the everyday moments that matter most.
So, are you ready to turn "work"-outs into play and learn the Fundamentals that empower you and your body with lasting health and mastery?

Coming soon is an online community space for accountability, support, motivation, sharing wins and obstacles that is free for anyone in my program.
The program is built around live virtual calls to get real time support and coaching. These calls are limited only by our imagination but the most benefit for my clients has come from education and discussion, planning and creating systems, doing a short session for accountability and consistency and finally being guided through a whole movement routine with real time form feedback. Call time can be split into 15 Minute Stackable Chunks.
You will also have access to my responsive feedback 5 days a week to answer your questions and form correction within 24 hours.
If you are a Washington State resident you also have access to booking massage with me on a per appointment ($125/hr) or package basis ($100/hr) plus mobile fees if not coming to my home studio.

Train to Sustain - Play All Day
Train to Sustain Play All Day
I help performers from musicians to dancers, deepen their awareness of their body, voice, and breath so they can perform at their peak for years to come.
Through specialized biomechanics, tongue, airway, and hypermobility assessments I'm able to address mobility and specific dysfunction across the entire body.
My clients have achieved noticeable relief in a couple weeks, and change that lasts a lifetime in a few months.
Your plan is built around your goals, your crafts demands, and your body's unique needs.
By integrating targeted training with your usual practice and play into daily life you can spend less time recovering and more time doing what you love.
FAQ
The core fundamental principles — from breath and massage to biomechanics — apply to everyone. However, I personalize exercises and progressions based on your craft’s unique demands. For example: dancers often focus more on dynamic joint mobility, musicians on fine motor control and posture, and vocalists on tongue and airway work. I guide you through tailored adaptations to massage and training to optimize your performance.
Not at all. In fact, restoring your breathing, posture, and joint stability often increases usable flexibility, range, and vocal control. This isn’t about taking away your unique abilities — it’s about giving you a stronger foundation so they’re sustainable.
Most approaches work in separate compartments — a trainer might get you stronger, a therapist might relieve symptoms, but neither addresses the whole system. My process blends biomechanics, airway optimization, joint stabilization, and mind-body practices into one continuous plan, so improvements in one area support all the others.
Absolutely. Research shows that targeted, guided movement and awareness practices can be just as or more effective online as in-person when paired with clear instruction, real-time feedback, and personalized progressions. Many clients actually get better results virtually because they learn to master their own self-assessment and correction instead of relying on someone to “fix” them.

Many clients notice changes in pain, breathing, and movement patterns in the first few sessions. Long-term resilience and mastery come from steady, consistent practice over the 16 weeks and beyond.
My methodology focuses on applying minimal effective doses — which for most means 1–2 longer training sessions weekly, plus 2–4 shorter 15-minute daily play and programming chunks integrated into your existing routine. Quality and consistency matter far more than quantity.
Everything is adaptable. Sessions are recorded, and I’ll design plans that can be done in hotel rooms, backstage, or on the road.
Thanks to years of incapacitating pain and resulting low income, my methodology focuses on requiring no equipment besides our freely available body, floor, and the vertical support of a wall, tree, or willing friend. Though I have a list of recommendations for the best wellness, fitness, and lifestyle purchases to make whether your budget is under $100 or over $1000.
Absolutely! While I was diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and have personal experience with hypermobility, the modifications for common practices have often produced even better outcomes for all my clients. Even those without the extra range of motion. My program is designed to build joint stability and strength, helping you maintain control, reduce injury risk, and improve movement efficiency regardless of your starting point.
Beginners and those with previous myofunctional therapy and other training are welcome! I meet everyone where they are at. And so yes many clients start while managing pain or injury, though a doctor’s clearance may be required depending on your situation. We begin with gentle assessments and foundational work designed to restore function safely and progressively, targeting what’s appropriate in acute recovery phases.
